Our client is keen to bolster their successful Transaction Services team at the Assistant Manager grade. As an Assistant Manager you will:<BR><BR>• Manage smaller due diligence / reporting assignments with involvement in all aspects of the assignment including liaising with the client, managing risk issues and billing;<BR>• Produce quality, detailed written reports within agreed timescales, briefing the Partner / Director or Assistant Director accordingly. <BR>• Lead assignment teams on small deals, assuming responsibility for junior staff development<BR>• Participate in various practice development activities <BR>Of graduate calibre, you will be qualified ACA or equivalent and will demonstrate some relevant transaction services experience. Broad financial and commercial experience gained either within a professional services firm or corporate organisation would also be an advantage. Strong report writing skills are key in this role.
